Kim Kelly is the owner and principal of EQUITECT. The experience she brings regarding the LTCi market is unique. She has been a licensed nursing home administrator, assisting her family in the operation of several homes in the East Texas area. She left to become a top residential real estate producer for many years and in the process gained experience in the mortgage lending business. Interest in protecting families from disastrous life events led her into the life insurance arena, settling on the Long Term Care specialty.

Kim is the President Elect (2011-12) for Lane Country National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and holds the CLTC (Certified in Long Term Care) designation.
